We have a dedicated modem for sending and receiving text messages connected to our server, so all text messages sent to this number are logged and forwarded to all our staff by email. Often this is the fastest way to get an answer from us if you have a short question or request - we can reply by email or optionally by text - and it can be the easiest way to leave us a short comment that does not require a reply.
